Okay, Please introduce yourself briefly?
Putri : My name is Putri, I am twenty two years old.
I have graduated from Gunadarma University, majoring in Accounting. I can speak
English very well, even though I am not Majoring in English, I am also active
in several activities that related to my education background.
Irvan : Why did you choose majoring in accounting?
Putri : I chose accounting
because of the accounting majors have many opportunities to work.
Haryo : How do you pay for your
college?
Putri : Most of the lectures
I financed my parents. However, I also tried to ease the burden on parents by
working as a part-time course at the Institute of accounting
Haryo : Do you have any plans of continuing education?
Putri : Yes, the plan is 2
years. This is because my College Degree so I would like to continue majoring.
Irvan : What department do you apply
and why do you interested on it ?
Putri :
I want to apply for the Accounting Staff Position, I interested working
on that position because that is my passion and I am also love working in laboratory
Accounting since I was a Collage student.
Irvan : When
were you most satisfied in your work?
Putri : It’s When I completed my job
properly and on time, also when I get a job that related to my passion.
Haryo : What are your strengths, please specify
each of three?
Putri : My
strengths are, I love to learn new things, I have a good analytical thinking
and I like to pursue my target.
Haryo : What are your weakness, please specify each of
three?
Putri : My
weakness are, I often to lose focus when I have too many distractions, next I
am a perfectionist, so sometimes I took a long time to finish a job, because I
want to finish it perfectly, and the last is I am easily to get bored.
Haryo : Why should we hire you?
Putri : Because this field is my own passion, so I have a very strong spirit
for this field.
Irvan : What is the meaning of a job for you?
Putri : For
me, the job is not simply looking for money. However, how can I do my best so
that contribute to the advancement of the company.

Putri : I have been Attended many courses
of this field, one of them is the national course about Brevet Tax.
Irvan : Can you work with a team and under pressure ?
Putri : Yes I can, I also don’t
think it’s a pressure because it’s the responsibility of my work and it’s also
a great change to improve the quality of myself

Putri : Yes,

Putri : Because your company
have a good reputation and of course to get the great experience to work in
here.

other similar companies?
Putri : This company provide
facilities better than other companies.

towards criticism addressed to you?
Putri : In my understanding,
people generally don't like to be criticized in vain. Personally, I accept the
criticism addressed to me
Irvan : What kind of difficult people are invited
in a partnership?
Putri : Difficult people were
invited to work together is a person who does not like to work hard, loves to
break the rules, many complain, don't pay attention to the quality of the work,
and loves to vilify others
Irvan : What would you do when
facing a major problem in the job?
Putri : I will be looking for a
point of those problems in order to get the right solution. After that, I'll
run the solution to repair

environment do you like best?
Putri : I want to work in an
environment that is fair or transparent things. Standard operating procedure

become a better person and more professional.
